DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Stage 1 Customs deliver Australia-wide, New Zealand & USA

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

If you choose to have your order left when you are not at home, the responsibility is yours, but contact us immediately to discuss and we may be able to assist. If you provide clear written delivery instructions, we will do our absolute best to have them followed.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail or SMS message from Stage1Customs to confirm that we have received your order in our system and your chosen payment method has been accepted. Please keep this e-mail or SMS as proof of your purchase.

If your items are on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone to discuss the options available to you.

DELIVERY DESPATCH

*Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location, it can range from 2-7 business days.

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered within Australia & Overseas automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived within 2 -3 business days (NZ & USA 7-10 Business Days) of expected delivery, please contact us at sales@stage1customs.com for assistance in tracking your order.

For all orders to WA please allow 3-4 business days.

Note: Stage1Customs cannot be held liable for items not arriving within a certain timeframe.

As soon as the item has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can then use this number to track your package online. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at sales@stage1customs.com

DELIVERY RECIEPT

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item, DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24hours of receipt of order, do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged. For example, email us images of the damaged item at sales@stage1customs.com

UNATTENDED DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Some of our couriers may require a signature from you on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with collection details. Should nobody be available to accept delivery, the item will be kept with the courier and a redelivery fee may be incurred at your expense.

Please feel free to contact us should you want to make alternate arrangements for delivery. We are flexible and here to help.

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
