Product Returns


Stage 1 Customs cannot accept products returned after purchase except in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

Any request for consideration for a product return must be received by Stage 1 Customs within 24hrs. of receipt of the products by the purchaser.
Parts that have been soiled, installed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted. Parts ordered as a custom fitment will not be accepted.

Where Stage 1 Customs agrees to accept a return:
A return authorisation code will be issued. This authorisation code must be clearly written on the package and the goods must be returned and delivered to Stage 1 Customs within 7 days of the return being approved.

Any refund will be in the form of a credit to be used for other Stage 1 Customs products. Any refund approved does not include freight of the original purchase or return. all shipping costs / packaging / labour etc are at the expense of the purchaser.  A restocking/handling fee equal to 20% of the purchase price will be charged.

Warranty

At Stage 1 Customs, we guarantee the workmanship of all our products for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

All of our products are covered by a 12-month Manufacturer’s Warranty starting from date of purchase. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact our customer service department with original invoice number.

All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We or the manufacturer will replace or repair the product based on our findings. In bound freight must be prepaid by the customer.

Stage 1 Customs will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages from any products sold. We will not be responsible or liable for inconvenience, labour, legal fees or any other costs incurred while the item is being inspected or replaced.

Warranties are non-transferable. They are in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise and for the time agreed upon in the terms and conditions of that warranty or guarantee.

Damaged Goods

All of our products are packed and dispatched with absolute care to ensure you receive your goods in optimal condition.  If you do receive a damaged item, please contact returns@stage1customs.com immediately or within 24hrs of receiving your order and we will give you instructions.
