Stage 1 Customs is still open for business and we wholeheartedly welcome customers to confidently place orders with us. Freight and cargo services are still operating across Australia and you can be assured that goods will still be delivered.
If you need to contact us, our business hours are currently remaining the same – Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm.
During this period of uncertainty, the health and safety of our customers, our employees, and the public is especially important to us.
All visits to our showroom will now be by appointment only. If you would like to pick up/purchase an item in-store, you will need to call us in advance to arrange a time. We have also taken the added precaution of frequent sanitizing of commonly touched surfaces i.e. door handles, counter tops, EFTPOS terminals, and show room display items.
Social distancing practices have now been implemented and we will be respecting the wellbeing of all visitors to our premises by actively avoiding handshakes and maintaining safe recommended distances where possible.
For online orders, our warehouse staff are upholding high hygiene standards when handling goods. Our freight services have already put in place their own measures to minimize contact when making their deliveries and ensuring their drivers are adhering to hygiene precautions.
We are closely monitoring health department and government guidelines and implementing recommendations as they are communicated.
As a small business we appreciate the ongoing support from our community and will do what we can to ensure we are doing our part to protect the greater public.
